Gallery 360 celebrates creative expression and the visual arts. It advances Northeastern’s mission to enrich the intellectual lives of students and the broader community through creative endeavors. This elegant, 1,000-square-foot space displays works by emerging local, national, and international artists. The gallery operates year-round in Ell Hall, with easy access from Curry Student Center.

Tomorrow, August 26th, will be the opening of Waves of Hidden Histories // 隱藏歷史的浪潮. Gallery 360 will be open from 12pm - 5pm, Wednesday through Saturday till September 6th. Please feel free to stop by and check out the exhibit.

This exhibition features artworks by Lani Asunción and Joanna Tam created during their time at Northeastern University in the 2025-2026 Hidden Histories Artist-in-Residence Program, “Weaving Through History and Activism in Boston Chinatown,” supported by the Reckonings Project. During this year-long residency, the artists conducted research at the Northeastern Archives and Special Collections and facilitated hands-on workshops with the university community and throughout Boston, specifically in Chinatown.

Their work is a response to the continued erasure of collective memory and neighborhood resilience affecting the diverse Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) and diaspora community in Boston. The narratives in this exhibition span from the history of Boston Dragon Boat Festivals since 1979 to recent community activism.

We're thrilled to announce our upcoming exhibition! Opening on August 26 at Gallery 360, "Waves of Hidden Histories // 隱藏歷史的浪潮" will feature artworks by Lani Asunción and Joanna Tam created during their time in the 's 2025-2026 Hidden Histories Artist-in-Residence Program, “Weaving Through History and Activism in Boston Chinatown."
